And then you hear reports of softball- or grapefruit-size hail. Imagine the dents those can make on your car or cranium!

Once we had a little golfball-size hail up our way. But we don't get a lot of hail, and it's usually pea-size when it does come.

At least I haven't experienced it where I live ... but recently, they had to close down a school or two near Tyler, TX to repair damage from a similar hail storm.

When the weather man says seek shelter ... we do ... lol
